Are You Hiding?
I felt in my heart this morning, that someone-somewhere needs a gentle reminder. Just like a child attempts to hide when they have done the wrong thing, or feels like they will get in trouble; as adults we often try to hide too. We hide the pieces of us that we fear being seen by others. Or the parts of ourselves we have spent a lifetime rejecting.

Our image often gets worn like armour. It protects us in some ways from the judgement or rejection we seem to fear most. How someone presents themselves to the world can be worlds apart from what's happening for them on the inside.
